Privacy Policy

Who we are

QikFinds is operated by FKV LLC (“QikFinds”, “we”, “us”), which provides the QikFinds website at qikfinds-extension.com and the QikFinds Chrome extension, a tool that helps Amazon sellers find products to resell by showing Amazon information next to products on supported retail stores. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: quincy@qiklists.com.

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form; we cannot read them.
• Payment — paid plans are billed through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your plan and payment status.
• Amazon seller connection — when you connect your Amazon seller account, Amazon gives us permission to look up information for you, such as whether you can sell a product, its fees, offers and hazardous-material status, and your order information for QikFinds' order reports. QikFinds only reads this information; it does not change your Amazon listings. We use it only to show you that information in QikFinds.
• Keepa key — on plans that use Keepa, you add your own Keepa key. It is saved with your account and used only to get price history, sales rank and sales estimates for the products you look at.
• Your settings and saved items — extension settings, discounts, favourites, notes, lists and gift cards you add are saved with your account so they follow you between computers.

What the Chrome extension does

The extension works only on the supported retail stores listed on our website, and only while you are signed in to QikFinds.

• On a supported store page it reads the product details shown on that page — such as product id, title, brand, price, image and barcode (UPC) — and sends them to QikFinds to find the matching Amazon products.
• It uses your QikFinds sign-in (a cookie from qikfinds-extension.com) to connect to your account.
• It requests product data from Keepa using your Keepa key, directly from your browser.
• It downloads store page layout information from QikFinds from time to time so stores keep working. Nothing about you is sent when it does this.

The extension does not read form fields, passwords or payment details, does not record your browsing outside supported stores, and does not collect your location, messages or keystrokes.

How we use information

We use the information above only to run QikFinds: to show you product, Amazon and Keepa data, manage your account and subscription, give support, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from the QikFinds extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Services we work with

We share information only with the companies that help us provide QikFinds, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — payments.
• Amazon — the seller account connection (Selling Partner API) and our hosting (Amazon Web Services).
• Keepa — product price history and sales data, using your Keepa key.
• Partnero — tracks sign-ups that come from our affiliate and referral partners, so partners can be paid.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our sign-in and sign-up pages from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in to the website and the extension. Partnero uses a cookie to remember which partner sent you to us, and Google reCAPTCHA uses cookies to tell people from bots. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your account is open. You can also remove access from Amazon's side at any time in Seller Central (Manage Your Apps). To remove your Amazon connection or Keepa key, or to close your account and have your information deleted, email quincy@qiklists.com; we will delete it except for records we must keep by law (such as payment records). Uninstalling the extension removes the data it keeps on your computer.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.

Children

QikFinds is a business tool for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in QikFinds before it takes effect.
